Less repetitive work. Clearer control.
AI automation and n8n workflow services
Connect the tools your startup already uses. We scope and build workflows with n8n, APIs and AI-assisted steps so information moves without repeated copying and important decisions stay reviewable.
Is this the right next step?
For teams with a repeatable process, a clear owner and a way to judge whether the output is correct. Start with one workflow where the inputs and desired outcome are known. An unclear process needs to be mapped before it can be automated reliably.
What your scope can include
- A map of the current process, inputs, decisions and exceptions
- Workflow design using the appropriate tools and available APIs
- Scoped AI steps with validation or human review where needed
- Testing for duplicates, missing information and external-service failures
- Workflow documentation, credential handover and agreed operating responsibilities
The proposal defines the deliverables and acceptance criteria for your project. Optional features are agreed separately.
From an incoming enquiry to a reviewable CRM record
Illustrative workflow: receive an enquiry, check required fields, prepare a summary and route it for review before updating a CRM. Use rules for known conditions and AI only where language interpretation helps.
- Validate the form and identify duplicate submissions
- Create a structured summary from the submitted information
- Send uncertain or incomplete records to a human reviewer
- Record the outcome and make failed deliveries visible
The homepage workflow is a browser simulation: it does not call an AI model or write to a CRM. Production access, provider costs, data handling and monitoring must be scoped separately.

1. Measure the current process
Record volume, time per task and common errors. Decide which work can safely run automatically and which decisions need approval.
2. Choose the tools
Check the exact app actions, API limits and data requirements. Compare hosted workflow tools with self-hosting only when there is someone to operate it.
3. Build the exceptions too
Define validation, retries, duplicate protection and human review. Test realistic examples, including the inputs that should stop the workflow.
4. Launch with an owner
Document access, monitoring and recovery. Compare time saved and exception volume with the original baseline before expanding.
What affects cost and timing
A simple transfer between two tools differs from an AI-assisted process with multiple branches and review steps. Pricing depends on integrations, validation, exception handling and ongoing operation. Platform subscriptions, model usage and hosting are separate from implementation; potential savings should be measured, not assumed.

Before you commit
Does every automation need AI?
No. Use deterministic rules for predictable transformations and routing. Consider AI when interpreting unstructured text helps, with a defined output format and a review path for uncertainty.
Can we use n8n or Zapier?
Tool choice follows the workflow: the required app actions, who will maintain it, data requirements and operating cost. We discuss these before recommending a platform rather than assuming one tool fits every team.
How do we know whether it saves money?
Measure time spent on the current process, then account for time saved, exceptions, subscriptions and maintenance after a pilot. An automation that needs frequent correction may cost more than the manual process.
